What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ varies by product family. Masterbatches and additives typically start at 1 MT (one pallet). Bulk industrial chemicals and resins are quoted by the full 20'/40' container (FCL). Lab trial samples of 1–5 kg are available on request.
Do you provide technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA)?+
Yes. Every shipment ships with the matching Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued at the time of dispatch and is retrievable on the Products page.
Which payment terms and Incoterms do you support?+
We support a wide array of delivery modes including FOB Canadian ports, CIF buyer destination, fully-cleared DDP, and DOD (Delivery on Demand / Delivery on Duty). Payment can be structured via Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), T/T, and Open Account terms for repeat clients. Local North American buyers can settle on Net 30 / Net 60 after credit approval.
Can you formulate custom colors or combo additive packages?+
Absolutely. Our lab provides Pantone, RAL and spectrometric color matching across all polymer matrices, plus combo batches that bundle color with UV, anti-static, anti-block or flame retardant functionality.
